Owners most enjoy this service we provide to fill their investment property with tenants so they don't have to.

Our team has gained the experience and expertise necessary to make the leasing process, move-in process, and monthly rent collection as smooth as possible. Casa Haven manages all communication of tenants, maintenance requests, rent & security deposits, and more!

Every month an Income Statement is generated for the owner on each property, along with receipts, annual 1099s, and annual statements to help prepare the owner for tax season.

Owners enjoy hastle-free rent disbursement by check or EFT on the 1st day of the following month

Casa Haven schedules quarterly maintenance appointments on each property, coordinates maintenance and maintains accurate receipts and recordkeeping on the owner's behalf to ensure each property is kept up to proper housing standards.

Casa Haven follows all the local, state, and federal guidelines for leasing & eviction protocol according to the Residential Landlord & Tenant Act, so that the owner can maintain a peace of mind.
